IIRC, it would be the first non-Chinese entity to be added.

Last action on the investment ban list was to renew the action against China Mobile for another year. That happened a month or so ago.

That name on the banned list would really show America's enemies that American allies are worth nothing to politicians, would they be stupid enough?
