It works though. They control the media. Most of the normies I know in the city think the radical far-right is causing all sorts of problems and oppressing women, minorities, and the transgendered. Literally every act of political violence ever is blamed on white Republicans, incels, and The Proud Boys. These aren't dyed in the wool leftists but brainwashed NPCs who would believe a completely opposite set of facts if the Right were in control.
