It clearly shows how “scientists” are actually working with the government and inventing results that the government wants.
Annie Doukhan would fake drug tests so that the police and prosecutors always got a conviction. Annoy Annie Doukhan? She would lie on the stand and say your cocaine was the most lethal poison she had ever tested.
Your attorney contacted Annie and asked for more information? She would work with the prosecutors to undermine your defense.
She embellished evidence to flirt with the prosecutor she liked…
34,000 innocent people were convicted in Massachusetts due to her. Nobody questions “scientists” so she did this for a decade…

While the subject matter is interesting, it's annoying that they get basic documentary things wrong, Like they do a re-enactment of court testimony, just showing one person speaking. It adds nothing whatsoever to the show except create melodrama that is purely invention and decreases the credibility of the show. They also introduce a new talking head without identifying them. And of course there's a Progressive bias, which makes the whole thing untrustworthy.
Thanks for the feedback- I was a little confused by the reenactment of the court. I thought that was another court case where the lab scientist had been given immunity (so she was compelled to testify)
Netflix is always progressive propaganda. But this showed a minority female scientist and a female scientist as the guilty parties so I figured it probably balanced out.
