13 NYC's Mayor says fixing bail reform is a bumpersticker slogan, that it won't fix their problems. He's right. 2 years ago, yes, it would have. Now, it requires a fat man and a little boy. They are banned, the city isn't even allowed to take mug shots now. Not that criminals spend much time behind bars awaiting trial anyway, they're usually back on the street in an hour because they ended cash bail as well.
