You have to have a C cup to star in porn in Australia.
This would have been a big constraint at one point, but average cup size is through the roof these days thanks to rampant obesity.

Oh ok. I’ve seen what you are referring to. Last anime I watch was Ah My Goddess but the “sexy” women were presented as being of age.
