I do this, to some extent, too…

It isn’t healthy, but for me, the alternative of being so overwhelmed as to be non-functional is worse, lol…

But I manage to be sober most “work nights”, so that’s at least something, I guess…

Everyone has their vices. 🤷🏻‍♂️
