I don't get it. Isn't the point that the modder made slight changes to make the women more attractive, like a filter but more subtle?

Most modders actually want people to use their mods though.
I'm not arguing that. I'm just saying that a lot of modders are just trying to make a game better and take a lot of pride in their work. Most aren't trying to make a statement or be spiteful.
