Dwayne Johnson wanted Black Adam to face Superman. Not "some B-lister."

Therefore, Black Adam will face Superman. Not "some B-lister."

Or he would have, had the Black Adam movie been/done better.

Blame Dwayne Johnson's ego. He didn't want Black Adam to look weak or vulnerable in any way, let alone be defeated.
