To be clear: the people who gathered en mass to violently protest during a “deadly pandemic” successfully sued the police for not wearing their masks during a “deadly pandemic”. While all available scientific literature suggests that masks offer virtually no protection from airborne illnesses.
Our legal system now operates almost entirely on the emotion-based reasoning of female judges and/or the identity solidarity of minority/Jewish judges. Evidence, objective reasoning, the letter of the law - these things mean nothing to our courts anymore.
Actually they successfully sued police for them actually doing their jobs and stopping the rioting.
