My school wasn't ghetto but a good example would be our sports. Our football team was consistently good because our coach kept a tight leash. Basketball was the opposite but the same talent playing on both teams. At one point we had a good basketball coach but he left and we kept getting flakes. One of those coaches quit or was fired mid season and the football coach took over. We beat the number 1 team in the state by a decent margin. All that to say that discipline is extremely important
