Back in the day we called it fish mouth. Jaw hanging open, top teeth visible.
Remember when posting videos of feminists freaking out was popular? Humongous What, Big Red, etc? They almost invariably all did the fish mouth. I don't know if it's on purpose or if it's a side effect of having your soul removed or what, but it's really uncanny once you start noticing it.
