There are no feminine women in Dragon Ball. Every one is either a tomboy or a bitch.

The real-life reason is because Toriyama doesn't believe he can write feminine women well.

It's not that he CAN'T, it's that he DOESN'T BELIEVE he can. There's a difference.

I was a big Dragon Ball fan for decades.
