I am sure most people on here know my stance on the war. Which I feel gives it more weight when I say:
This cringe-tastic bullshit is exactly why any simping you see me doing for NATO comes with a giant asterisk labeled "We will continue our beef later", and whatever Zoomer they picked to run their Social Media page needs to be canned ASAP.
Hey I mean it could always be worse. My favorite was when the NATO account last year posted a Ukrainian soldier wearing the Nazi Black Sun patch for International Women's Day.
And then deleted it afterwards because whoops can't have it known we're funding Nazis.
A joke among Russian war commentators is that it's legitimately hard to find pictures of Ukrainian soldiers without Nazi insignia. So perhaps NATO was just feeling the struggle.
The Ukraine seems to have a lot in common with another fictional country.
Palestine?
Close, East Palestine.
I'm sorry to ruin your last bit of naivete, but Ohio is real
always has been
Yes but unironically
The line "We are fighting with the Harkkonen's" is a bit muddled. They are fighting along side the Harkkonen's? Against them? They aren't escaping with Shawshank or blowing up with the death star.
Although in the original work, the ruling Harkkonen's over indulged in food, wine, and super creepy, gay rape and because of this were disease ridden and fat because of it, so maybe they are admitting more than they care to....
It is fictional though. Ukraine is not a country. It has no historical existence, which is why Ukrainian nationalism is so laughable.
But Ingsoc is busy rewriting history. If you search for 'Vassily Grossman', Google will happily report to you that he was born in "Ukraine"... in the early 20th century.
Russia goes back centuries, ergo, it does have a historical existence.
And? It exists. It has existed for a long time. Ukraine has not. It's a fake country and a fake state.
Invade other independent countries! How exactly do you square that coming from the American empire?
lol
Keep on having those neocon dreams.
We know.
Twice, actually.

People use other urls? 🤔
I'm sure JK Rowling loves what's happening, but that doesn't make it Harry Potter.
Is it, though? It certainly used to be, but the SNP is so infatuated with the EU that I don't even know what Scotland is now.
That said, William Wallace most certainly wasn't a fictional character.
