I'm not sure if they believe in the concept of a male or female brain. To them a woman is anyone who believes themselves to be a woman, which makes the whole thing circular reasoning, but progressives enjoy destroying meaning so the fact that their concept of womanhood is nonsense is preferable to them.
They do.
To be fair, there are subtle, small, biological differences between male brains and female brains. The androgen that causes sex differentiation impacts the entire fetus.
But thats not what they are talking about. To them, a "man" or a "woman" is whatever you think it is in your mind, and no one can tell you differently because it's in your mind.
There are significant differences between male and female brains. Some areas of the male brain are more developed than a woman's, and vice-versa. But on average, if I recall the numbers properly, a male brain has about 25% more neurons and synapses than a female brain.
If it were reversed, we'd hear about it non-stop lol. Women would constantly brag about having more brain power. It would be a recurring narrative in all forms of media. They'd say that women should run everything because duh they're obviously smarter and don't we want the smartest people in charge?
I know it's useless to point this out, but it's pretty wild how much truth they deny in order to protect women's egos.
Yes. That was broadly my point, but they aren't dramatically different. There is no chance a layperson could look at a brain and tell you male or female.
This just isnt the gotcha that some might think it is because lefties aren't even arguing from a place of logic or reality.
It's a kind of god-of-the-gaps argument. They hope to lose their opponents in mumbo jumbo such that, if you're not an expert, you can't contradict them. And if you are an expert then you're a bigot and will be cancelled and lose your academic tenure and never be able to publish anything ever again.

I mean their narrative is to tell us that men and women are exactly the same - then without a pause immediately declare that male and female brains are physically and irrevocably different.
We're 0ast mens "2+2=5" and into women's "2+2=5,2,17,-4, or whatever the fuck I say it equals, there is no objective reality outside of what I say reality is!".
