I was never molested or groomed and still ended-up ( perma-virgin ) homosexual. I knew rather early ( a year or two? before puberty ) something was wrong, never told anyone, and never acted on it.
Certainly should not have been "educated" or "encouraged to explore" that as a kid. That would have been so damn creepy. Kick the groomers out of schools.
That said, there is a statistical disproportion of victims of sexual abuse among homosexuals, a disproportion of sex pests, hyperpromiscuity and associated STDS, and a disproportion of mental illness like anxiety and depression.
Disproportion dosen't mean "all of them", falling in absolutism isn't going to help.
It's clear it's tied to a cluster of mental illness, but research on that is now taboo.
