Agreed. I guess most people would get jaded spending 4 years in the DC Swamp and surrounded by backstabbing traitors that Trump had to endure from his own party. I wonder if age is also a factor. What Trump does in 2024 if he loses the nomination will show us if he ever really cared about the people and country.
If he is not able to put his own ego aside for the good of the country and get behind the winner of the primary then he never was a true patriot at all.

I sincerely hope he stays at the state level. The fed is too corrupt to be fixed with one office. They'd just backstab him harder than Trump, but that's assuming he'd be able to win in spite of the "fortification" they'd be pulling to make sure he didn't.
