Most people in general are bad at their jobs. Especially if their performance doesn’t affect them having the job. Most women are bad at their jobs at a higher rate than men because they don’t have to be good at things for their life to work out. Based on that, most women will be worse at all work than most men in most contexts. Not all. But most.
That’s not because women are dumb or anything, either. They just don’t have much reason to work more or try harder in most cases, because they are women. Guys have the opposite incentive structure, because they have to work harder and excel more if they want any chance of getting laid. In that context, it would be very strange if women weren’t worse than men at most jobs, who themselves are also typically bad at their jobs because most people are bad at their jobs.
Competent female employees also typically feel that way and don’t like working with other girls because most expect the same social considerations made in the social/dating world to still apply in the work place, only now without having to give anything in return. I know plenty of women that are good at their jobs, and if they had their way, they would hire not one other women in the entire company.
Perhaps, but I think things like moderation specifically just aren't suited to the average female temperament. I'm not talking work ethic, or skill. There are plenty of female mods who "work" really hard. Often downright fanatical. This isn't about not putting in the work. It's about power tripping, infighting, and all sorts of other personal issues that arise in many scenarios.
I've been in enough internet circles that were destroyed overnight by a female admin/mod throwing a temper tantrum and her betas making ritual sacrifices to try to appease her to know that no, women plus power is just a terrible combination almost every time.
One of the biggest redpills in existence is that our ancestors weren't just evil sexists for no reason. They knew what they were doing. It's the enlightened, progressive modern civilization that's making decisions based on sexism.
And they over-moderate and try to police every little thing, eventually running a subreddit into the ground. At least, that would be the end result if Reddit didn't have millions of users, with those users becoming absolutely disposable as a result, because they're easily replaceable.

I'm pretty sure those are the "females" who aren't really females.

They're called 'helicopter-mom-moderators'.

Making rational decisions on social dynamics is something that Estrogen seems designed not to allow.
