Don't Muslims marry and have children with women? Sounds like a big violation of Imp's 'philosophy'.

He is making less preposterous claims.
"Islam improved the lot of women" is not a take I agree with (though it did make some marginal improvements like outlaw infanticide of girls), but it is less preposterous than your idea that Muhammad was a feminist like Kathy Barnette and MTG.
