I'm against dictators for many reasons. They can turn against the people just as well. But I'm not seeing any evidence that Democracy is anything but immoral.

The Bad Emperor Problem is a serious concern that feudalism and other monarchic forms of government need to be ready to handle.

Democratic systems do not prevent the Bad Emperor, however. They guarantee him.
