Not surprised. I’ll never understand this push to make female characters ugly. But then again they choose to listen to Twitter weirdos
Ugly women don’t like being reminded they’re ugly, even when it’s by choice like the hyper Wahman who think the danger hair, 20 piercings, and ensuing depression eating is “empowering”.
Ironically, games that have cute girls are more popular among women. SoulCalibur is THE most popular fighting game franchise among women and the only one where a woman (not a tranny) get to top 8 in tournaments.

One of my fiancés favorite things to do whenever she has an SJW try to tell her that all of these sort of characters are just there for the "male gaze" and "sexualizing women", she tells the SJW's "How dare you oppress bisexuals like me!" It has actually caused some of them to bluescreen because they dont know how to respond to on of their groups they claim to speak for going against the message.
As for myself, I am actually not a huge fan of the super skimpy look, and I generally prefer my female characters more along the lines of this, where it is a nice balance of femininity and modesty, and when I want something a bit more "enticing" I prefer that same sort of balance (another example).
But obviously, even that is fairly far removed from what modern Western entertainment has become, where it really does seem like they try to make every woman hyper-masculine while also making them butt ugly.
I guess that is a big difference between men and women. If I see a guy that’s in shape it’s just a reminder to me that I need to do a better job with exercise. Notice you don’t see ugly men on the cover of romance novels. But now if you have a woman in a bikini to appeal to men there is outrage even if the woman of fine with doing it

Despite her being a dumbass, literally every western game company took everything she said seriously and now they all essentially refuse to put “hot women” in video games. It’s spilled over into TV and movies too.
I noticed the new chick from the working version of GTA 6 kinda had a nice ass, I’m sure they’ll remove that by the release date.

Its funny they make black women super ugly in games. The look like someone you played football with lol. Aside from Sheva from resident evil and pharah (i know, shes egyptian) from overwatch... Pretty much everyone else looks like straight up gorillas and monkeys. Media is doing black women no favors by making the black female characters either ugly or butchy.
I’ve noticed that too. If you look at shows in the past like Fresh Prince, Cosby Show, Good Times, etc had some attractive black women
If we go by what the usual problem is, the creative types who live in LA probably only see black women who look like they are in terrible shape, with ratty hair and messed up skin, and that "This is a black woman." So that becomes all of them, and all of the ones who look normal dont exist.
