Actual people? Rarely if at all. Drawn or animated? More so. Ages ago I swore off of real porn for the most part, too much baggage with it(human trafficking, destruction of self worth for me etc). Knowing about all the issues with it made me less interested in it over time.

I have times where for weeks or even months I have 0 interest in the topic(my own personal NNN), then I have short bursts of multiple times a week. I feel very in control of it, if I don't want to I got other stuff to occupy myself with.
