Does she have any chance of fighting the election or is she fighting to fix it for the future?
That's entirely up to a judge. It's supposed to be up to the people too, but we've decided we aren't going to use that fourth box.
Hard for it to be up to the people when they keep pulling votes out of thin air.
That's the second box. Kari's on the third.
4th box? Isn't it soap, ballot and bullet?
We don't talk about the 4th box
You never go Fourth Box
I believe the original quote by Douglass is Ballot, Jury, Bullet. Someone later on added Soap Box to the beginning. I've seen both versions about the same amount.
Edit: After researching further, apparently another contemporary of Douglass popularized the three box version, so I'm not sure who was first.
A bit of both. She's fighting it bitterly and compared to the bumblefucks that supported Trump she has a better case.
We don't actually know if any of the cases supporting Trump were any good because nobody in the entire country has standing to sue over the handling of a presidential election, according to every judge out there.
Seeing what happened with every case being rejected do to a "lack of standing", did more to black-pill me than anything else.
It still baffles me. How does a candidate running for president not have standing in a lawsuit over the handling of said election he was running in? He's directly affected by the results, he should have standing.
That actually happened here too. Several of her complaints were dismissed for lack of standing on the exact same grounds. But it looks like the remaining few issues were so fucking bad and so thoroughly documented that they couldn't just sweep it under the rug.
In fairness, several of the cases that were filed were garbage. Most of the shit about Dominion was a red herring.
Considering the level of judicial corruption, there is a slim chance of making any headway about this election. Most of the gains here are going to be fighting to fix it in the future.
Thank fucking God the GOPe are so fucking stupid they allowed this case to be broadcast. They aren't even running Law & Crime interference for it yet like they did with Alex Jones. Now the dissident right can use the trial itself to show the corruption of the courts and promote a further de-legitimization of the McCain Loyalist GOPe Courts. The more evidence of misconduct we can publicly record, the more we can bludgeon the fucking milquetoast suburbanite normies with, and the more we can activate the base with.
