He is producing it and starring in it so maybe this isn't one of their bombs to offset their profits from the rest of their company like rangz of da kangz.
My thoughts exactly. Games Workshop long ago bowed to the left, and on top of that have become increasingly hostile to fan content of any kind. They need to hurry up and die.
Producing credits usually mean more money for the star and/or PR for the project.
This is Amazon, it has very vocal diversity mandates laid down by a gaggle of absolutely worthless feminist managers. Henry Cavill will be taking the knee and sing to the tune of the corporate 'diversity uber alles' whistle once the trailer drops in a year or two.
I mean, the guy did star in 'The Witcher'. A hopelessly mangled diversity carcass from the very first episode.
To be fair, they were well written unlike most other shoehorned in diverse characters. They also made sense within the story. They also had PoC’s be bad guys, whereas I was expecting it to be Russians/Generic White Bad Guys.
Bruh I said Terminal List. A show that stars a white guy seeking revenge for his white wife and white child and white teammates, another white guy, an Asian chick, a white woman, and an old codgery white man. All because it was produced by someone who actually cares about the source material.

I'd love a good 40k series but between Amazon and an increasingly woke Games Workshop I'm not holding my breath.

Games Wokeshop
Soon to be Games Brokeshop, I hope.

Terminal List
Reacher was also supposedly free from diversity, yet somehow it had the obligatory black boss and the buddy cop female.

I'm not a Reacher fan and haven't watched it.
