Maybe exposure to chaos has deformed these humans into ugly creatures. GW female faces have always looked kinda off to me.

In the Before Time you could believably tell a story like that and it would be fine, in a post-Gamergate world all ugly female characters are directly intended to upset the enemies of the communists who made the game.
