No, archives generally only archive static pages, not video streams, not even javascript. They'd need an insane amount of bandwidth and storage if they archived everything, and they'd get fucked over by DMCA. They're on thin ice as it is.

Until maybe 2019 they did actually archive the video, on Youtube and Twitter both. Seems like they gave up on that now though because I haven't seen a working one of those for like 3 years.
