This is deliberate and by design.
Autism is the pathologization of systematic thinking, a hyper-male way of thinking. This why Autism in girls is linked with FtM transgenderism.
The left-right dichotomy is literally the feminine vs the masculine.
Right wing terrorists are all turning out to be autists because right wing terrorists are, unsurprisingly, extremely male-minded.
There's a lot of MtF autists as well. Autistic people are just easy to groom into that cult unfortunately. They know something is off so it's easy for some troomer to convince them that chopping their dick off is the solution to all their problems.
I also assume that if they can classify everyone on the right as mentally ill, they can force medicate them with the mind melter medications.
