Anyway, the Title IX change as good, but Trump doesn't appear to be dedicated to that sort of thing. He did because it was politically useful at the time. I don't know that he would put it back now since there isn't as much political momentum there now. If you get the momentum back, there are plenty of Republicans who would go along. The best case scenario for Title IX reform is going to be having it as a political football. You aren't going to get Republicans to pass a permanent fix via legislation. That's the new normal.
