I kept up with how things went with my local rioters. The charges they faced were:

Arson
Breaking and entering
Inciting a riot
Lying to the police during a violent crime investigation
Malicious destruction of a building
Malicious destruction of police or fire property (for setting police cars on fire)
Malicious destruction of property
Rioting
