My money is on Ukraine keeping up the tradition of bombing stuff to then blame Russia in propaganda.

Guess we just have to wait to see if this news story disappears in a few days like that train station just after the bucha news

Yeah that was what the whole "dirty bomb" issue was about too. It seems like they went for a strategy that is easier to brush under the rug if they fuck it up severely.
