That's not cultural isolationism. That's just gated communities of the elites. Actual isolationism, like what the jews did, involve entirely segregating themselves by not engaging with the over-arching legal system, speaking a different language, having different currency, having different culture from the entire host nation, elites or otherwise.
To be clear, that was a major complaint against the jews by anti-semites in Europe: their unwillingness to integrate into any aspect of society.

Literally none of that applies to the Globalists. Again, a key point of Isolationism is to entirely separate yourself from the other society. Not controlling it, not making it live on your terms, but separating itself entirely. If Globalists were Isolationist, there literally wouldn't be a WEF, there wouldn't be a quest for "international co-operation", there literally wouldn't be a banking cartel.
Globalism and Isolationism are explicitly contradictory. It's why Globalists use Isolationism as a slur. You can not have a Globalist Isolationist. This does not exist.
