The solution isn't Autarkey though, it's the de-financialization of the economy and the re-monetization of the economy through private wealth ownership without a need for a bank to re-allocate your wealth while your not looking. By denying your currency to the banks, and exchanging it for money that you privately secure, you will disrupt Fabian Socialist power arrangements.
