So why are they allowed to be "transphobic" against students? It's explicitly mentioned in the school dress code that students can't have their nipples visible.
According to the Ontario Education Act, "gender expression" is a protected class, meaning you can't discriminate on that basis. "Gender Expression" is extremely dangerous as it's the only protected class that includes actions. For example, you cannot discriminate based on someone's religion, but you can discriminate based on religious expression, which is how Christmas is blocked from schools. This is intentional as "gender" is a distinct class from "gender expression". This law has been in effect since 2012. The decision they are making is clearly backed by provincial law.
However, this teachers' "gender expression" manifests in such a way that it compromises both the safety of the students as well as the quality of their education. The teacher is demonstrating improper and unsafe use of dangerous equipment.
Don't ask "should a teacher be allowed to wear giant fake tiddies to school?"
Instead ask "should gender expression override the rights of students to a quality education?" because they cannot coexist.

That's the real question.

That would be ideal. These kids might not realize it but they're living in a golden age of trolling.
