Assuming it’s true (considering it is MSNBC) what if this judge has felt immense regret ever since. I’ve known people in their 40s who had an abortion when they were young or who helped their girlfriend get one and they still feel guilt or regret.
And what if he is pro-choice but thinks that the law is the law, and that it shouldn't be twisted to suit the agenda of fat, diabetic journalists like Jonathan Allen?
There's an old lady (not sure on age, I would say probably mid to late 70s?) out by me who is holding a sign outside a planned parenthood office (nearly) every single day. She's been doing it for years. The sign says "I regret my abortion"
Exactly this. Many of us who hold vehemently anti-abortion stances speak from a position of regret and moral failure — AKA experience.
I know that for me personally, it set in motion a series of life events over many years that significantly diminished my capacity to live a normal life. Its one of my greatest failures, and one where I can never square the circle.
Feel free to pile on, there’s nothing you can say that could make it any worse at this point.
It is also possible for hypocrites to be right. If it turns out a man working to combat domestic violence is a wife beater, it does not make his position against wife beating wrong. It can chafe for the rest of us, but the truth is the truth.

True. But I’m sure they didn’t check on that

Nobody ever tells their story
Nobody gives them a microphone. (((They))) want you to believe that every abortion is fun and a great time.

lets not get carried away here
Touche. Well, it is not the hypocrisy that makes his position wrong.
That’s true
I personally know 2 cases where they regret horribly what they did when they were young.
