I mean it all stems back to poor life choices and peoples' want of money but inability to do something that can get them it. If I remember right one study out there suggested that of families with 3 or more children, more than 90% are at or below the poverty line, suggesting that unlike when peoples' grandparents were doing that nowadays the only people who have all of these kids are ones that want to abuse welfare shenanigans.
In this case it's more like one of their 105 IQ influencers came up with a snarky angle and distributed it to the 95 IQ footsoldiers to repeat at their enemies, nobody involved in that image being created is actually trying to communicate anything or make a point besides "chuds bad lmao".
