Cities work just fine until the founding population spontaneously decides they have to move out of walking distance from the neighborhoods they've lived in for decades. Nobody has ever been able to figure out why white people just abandon their homes all of a sudden.

Clearly the only possible conclusion is that Whiteness is a cancer that must be eliminated from the Earth.
