The things in the green section - like government trying to brainwash people into becoming assassins (Project Artichoke) or attempting mindcontrol (MKUltra) - are some of the most unbelievable things on that list.

Totally undermining the whole thing - in the same graphic that is supposed to "debunk" conspiracy theories they are reminding you that some of the most insane, far-out, schizoid theories turned out to be true.
