My guess is that these are the same libtard activists who keep fighting for the "homeless" in LA to ruin the city, and they have seized upon this nothingburger as an excuse to attack the LA city council since it hasn't been bowing down to them enough for their liking.

As for what this hispanic woman said, all she did was say some other dude's adopted black son acted like a little shit and she'd take him out back and whup his ass.
