First Gardasil Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Alleging HPV Vaccine Caused 13-Year-Old’s Death

Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman of Children’s Health Defense, this week filed their first wrongful death suit against Merck, alleging the drugmaker’s Gardasil HPV vaccine caused the death of 13-year-old Noah Tate Foley.

Vaccination is one of the most important medical breakthroughs of human history, and single handedly saved countless lives from numerous very serious diseases. Childhood vaccination is the norm worldwide because it has undeniable benefits, and idiots like you who are too stupid to learn and understand about how vaccines work and why they are effective are a blight on humanity.
