I fully agree but there must be a law about not discriminating via gender, I assume. How could they defend that.
Most western countries have anti discrimination laws, yet also have high profile companies running job ads for only non-straight-white-males without consequence.
A law that isn't enforced effectively ceases to exist.

In Canada it's legal to change your gender to get cheaper car insurance.
Most "anti-discrimination" laws have exception provisions that allow for discrimination against men, whites and asians.
