Virtually all straight males are ephebophiles. Throughout the entirety of Western history until the 19th century this was considered completely normal (because it is), and still is considered normal in most other parts of the world.
Pedophiles, on the other hand, are sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children, which is abnormal, unnatural and obviously fucked up if they act upon that attraction.
