Their dirty tricks won't necessarily work for the right. The system is engineered such that those tricks only flow left. The right needs to assess its own resources and figure out how to use those creatively.

For example, the right has a power base in small businesses while the left has multinational corporations. The right will not be able to use the IRS to shut down the corporations because they don't do anything that is particularly risky tax wise, while the left can target a small business that is writing off a personal car or similar. The right can use the local sheriff to arrest IRS agents to protect its base, and arrest corporate executives for conspiring to murder babies, as many have openly declared they are doing.
