This is probably the best animated TV show of 2021-2022. There is almost no dialog in the first two season (save for one one-off episode). It has violence, gore, no political commentary that most other adult animations have. It has just one message: "Life is fucking brutal".
What Guyven said, but the second season has a bit of a sea change, but it's still just as good. There are more humans introduced, but there still isn't any intelligible dialogue (well, nothing in modern English, anyway), but the problems Spear and Fang face are just as daunting. Still ongoing. I'm not going to say shit-all about it otherwise until you've seen it, because anything else I might say would be a spoiler.
But yeah, get into it, it's one of the few things actually worth following atm.
Extreme gory violence. There isn't any dialogue though, so no swearing, and the only female is a dinosaur, so nothing sexual either.
The show is excellent. Each of the elements that could become tiring manage not to overstay their welcome: the protagonists not getting along and creating their own problems, the emphasis on non-verbal communication, long slow establishing shots (something I DID get tired of in Samurai Jack, but it feels refined and better paced here).
Some refreshing things: both main characters lean into their strengths regularly: the caveman is obscenely strong, very intelligent, and never gives up in face of pain or fear; the dinosaur is bigger, stronger, faster, but can't climb, can't solve complex problems, and slowly begrudgingly accepts their partnership as being hierarchal since the caveman has more pronounced leadership qualities.
It avoids easy and expected narrative crutches like having the (non-human, non-male) dinosaur be superior (morally if not actually). And instead their friendship becomes incredibly strong and balanced over time.
It also manages room for once-off episodes with extremely awesome premises without it dominating the overall narrative. I won't say more, because going in cold is the best way for these excellent surprises to deliver themselves.
What's great about this show is that it's a non comedic mature animated series that is not a streaming service show, anime, or direct to video crap, though it's probably the only one which is a shame.
Because of that the bar was pretty fucking low but it overwhelmingly exceeds those expectations.
The fact that it's completely apolitical and has little room for bullshit is a bonus.
Extra: I have seen lists of non comedic mature animated series list fuckin Bojack Horseman despite the fact it's common sense it's a fucking comedy.

And still no sex, but lots of gory violence.
Season 3 he's gonna fuck that dinosaur
Genndy Tartakovsky is probably the only guy in animation left who has mastered "show, don't tell."
first season is, haven't watched 2 yet
definitely not for little kids though
What kind of content does it have? Just violence?

Comedies are usually funny
I tried watching that and found it overrated.
Lots of violence but also an interesting relationship between the main characters and told entirely visually, no dialogue
If you like stuff that is artsy but not faggy its really good
I found it very enjoyable and well made. Very brutal and unforgiving but there's just a touch of levity when needed most so it isn't a total slog.
It's very much a "Pulp" inspired show. Lotta fantastical elements and one off stories. Season 2 is just now hitting a through narrative.
Why would you go through all that hassle instead of downloading it or watching it online?
