They claim he can't declassify things by just taking them and that there are certain things he can't declassify. Of course, they dont' know what any of the documents actually found were, so it's pure speculation. Lots of weaseling about the potential crimes that may have been committed. The most ridiculous thing I've heard repeated a lot is that it's supposedly difficult for the FBI to get a warrant. Yeah, right.
