Eeeeeeh, the "2A" thing is kinda iffy. It was a nice gesture, and you wouldn't believe the seething it caused among shitlibs, but the actual text added to the LZPS (Czech Bill of Rights) is: "The right to defend one's life, or the life of another person, is guaranteed, as regulated by law." Meaning, it's still up to legislation to define the circumstances in which you can defend yourself, so if they decide to say you can't ever do that, the constitution doesn't stop them. It's a far cry from "shall not be infringed".
That's the flaw with most constitutions that are not the American one. And even that one is actively under attack at every turn. But at least the Bruen decision is a win, and there might be others in the future.
