Actually, this isn't that crazy. She would never have been freed from any charges, and she wouldn't have attended a college, but a violent Black National Socialist / Race Communist Separatist in a Nazi America is far from an implausible character or setting.
The problem is that the Racialist Intellectuals are trying to insert themselves into the game, when they could just use actual radicalism and history.
Imagine being so retarded you'd think the Nazis would let you go to school, or be freed from charges.
They simultaneously hold the worldview that nazis are the worst evil evar that particularly hated black people specifically... And that a nazi-controlled country (that specifically hated black people) would totally let black people reach the highest levels of governmental power, evade criminal charges with minimal effort, and have unfettered access to finances and education.
They're, simply put, insane.
