The vast majority of teachers in the US are Democrats now.
A lot of teachers are stupid and just "teach from the book", but they are worshiped by Democrats as some kind of sacred class, mostly because they've turned into a sort of Democrat base interest group. Plus, teachers are generally government employees, and government bureaucrats are as a rule left wing in the US now.
Most I find don't even teach from the book. I've known several who have openly admitted to me, they simply Google activity packs or use "resources for teachers" websites.. said websites have no education authority or oversight...
