Doctors For COVID Ethics Symposium was July 29 & 30 of 2021 and I don't remember which session or timestamp, but 1 of them explicitly elucidated to the laymen implications of spikes being cleaved into the bloodstream.
Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Peter McCullough, and many others have repeatedly been banging on the table in very detailed, technical terms. Many whitepapers were ignored.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has claimed that there was no known association between heart inflammation and COVID-19 vaccines as late as October 2021.
VAERS database stuff was prior to May, 2021. Well before the bad faith provided timeline of October 2021.
And, of course, we knew the vax was going to be dodgy even in 2020 given both intuition/common sense and past data on mRNA and such. Everything about response to the WuFlu, and CDC messaging (including waffling on masks, etc., in Jan+ of 2020) was a red flag, which unfortunately came to fruition.

The mRNA vaxx effects were predicted based on ACE2 receptor density, and the known effect of the spike protein causing a cytokine storm, before Trump even announced operation warp speed.
I recall personally being extremely sceptical about this as it was merely a hypothesis, but eventually more and more facts emerged and now it is an official side effect.
More on recent FOIA requests about just what the CDC knew from VAERS. It seems like their pivot to 'we didn't know' is the endpoint of their long term strat with relation to VAERS which was - 'well, we never looked! (even though we promised to as part of our SOP)'. More about it in that link.
This strategy of FOIA requests could be devastating to the vaxx narrative due to what it's forcing the CDC to admit by implication. Saying they didn't know about ANY association between jabs and heart inflammation by Oct 2021 has the effect of 1) making sludge-brained normies finally swallow the fact that there is a known association NOW, and 2) is obviously a fucking lie in most people's eyes so it damages their credibility still further. Hell when my mother got a 2nd jab in summer 2021 there were exceptions and warnings regarding vaccine (1st jab) induced myo- and pericarditis on the form they gave her.
On this trajectory, the medical establishment may soon have to acknowledge the timeline of when 'no known association' became 'we know full well that the vaccines cause more myocarditis in young men than covid does', which became obvious in the november hong kong study, in the December Nature Journal Paper, and others, and they'll have to acknowledge it outside the weasel worded legalese they slip into the FOIA responses. Beyond that point, hopefully they may start turning on themselves and hanging eachother out to dry in the hopes that they're not the ones getting hanged in the streets.
