It's because of slavery that she acts this way.

The dude failed at being assertive. Can't allow an animal to dominate you. If the animal needs a beating to understand its place in the world then better get to beating.
Sadly, there's nothing he can do. Our fucked-up laws and mores have seen to that. Lay a hand on woman-shaped animal, especially a black one, and it's automatic jailtime for you. Doesn't matter if she was assaulting him, he'd still be the one doing the time. If anything, she was most definitely hoping he would attack her.
Yeah, you are right. Maybe try gently pushing her out of the store and when she inevitably chimps out then apply some force as justifiable self defense?
The moment contact is made, it is assault and battery. Doesn't matter how gentle that touch is.
And the moment she is "battered", the courts will justify any level of return violence.
Apply the same beating to whoever comes to enforce those laws.
Agreed but, even if he was, take a look at the surroundings - you don't know how those other guys are going to react. Chances are, they'd side with her over the guy.
The fact is even the state protects her more than they would ever protect him. This is the natural result.
Used to be that a man with an open hand slap gets the job done because the other men around him understand it has to be done. Running to the police or other men wouldn't raise an eyebrow.
