It's a joke but everyone knows that substitute teaching is a thinly disguised babysitting gig.

For real, I did that for a bit before I landed a full-time teaching job (which I washed out of quick af lol) and iirc the reqs were being 21 or older and having a high school diploma. Good for any grade and any subject.

Any retard can teach the content.

I saw the early-childhood education majors so I can confirm! I am very skeptical K-5 needs a 4 year degree.
