Right, Paypal helps themselves to $2500 per transaction which constitutes a "violation" of the AUP (as determined entirely by them), and then you have to sue in a Paypal-friendly court or use an arbitrator (which never finds for the customer) to fail to get it back.

I hope they get it all back, because the paypal method of claiming everything in the account as damages incurred is beyond scummy.
